- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- The programme you are interested in and your time frame
- Any details you include in your message
We never ask for passwords, passport numbers, payment-card details or government login credentials through this website.

- To respond to your enquiry and provide the consultation you requested
- To assess your eligibility for the programmes you ask about
- To contact you about your request by email or phone
We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share it with
Your data is handled by the Harvey Law Group team advising on your request. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. We would share it with a relevant Thai authority only if and when you decide to proceed with an actual application, and only on your instruction.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to respond and to provide any advisory relationship you ask for, after which it is deleted or archived in line with our professional obligations.
